Referral Triage and Allocation
Our clinical team reviews the documentation to ensure the services align with the client’s funding and health goals. We carefully assess all information to coordinate the best possible therapist match.

Service Arrangement
Once internal review is complete, we contact the client or the nominated person directly to schedule the initial consultation. Our mobile allied health team provides community-based services at times that suit you.
